1. General Store Policies
Operating Hours: Check our website or call your local store for current operating hours, which may vary by location.
Pricing: All prices displayed in-store are subject to change. Prices listed online may differ from in-store pricing.
Payments: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and Newrock Wireless gift cards. We also offer device payment plans, subject to credit approval.
2. Returns and Exchanges
Return Period: You may return or exchange any device or eligible accessory within fourteen (30) days of the purchase date. All returns are subject to the following conditions.
Like-New Condition: All merchandise must be returned in like-new physical and working condition, free from scratches, cracks, water damage, or any other damage. It must include all original components, instructions, and packaging.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to $50 may apply to all returned devices. This fee helps cover the costs of processing and preparing the item for resale.
In-Store Purchases: Products purchased at a Newrock Wireless retail store must be returned to a Newrock Wireless retail store. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) is required.
Final Sale Items: Prepaid cards, processing fees, and certain accessories (such as screen protectors and in-ear headsets) are final sale and cannot be returned.
Data Erasure: It is your responsibility to back up and erase all personal data from your device before returning it. Newrock Wireless is not responsible for any personal data left on a returned device.
3. Device Activation
New Device Activation: Device activation can typically be completed within minutes in-store, but it could take longer depending on network conditions.
Bring Your Own Device (BYOD): Customers may bring their own compatible devices for activation on the Newrock Wireless network. Compatibility is subject to network technology and device age.
Device Locking: To prevent fraud, devices purchased from Newrock Wireless are locked for a period of time, typically 60 days after activation. After the lock period, devices are automatically unlocked.
4. Warranties and Repairs
Manufacturer Warranty: Newrock Wireless offers products covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The terms of this warranty are provided by the manufacturer. Newrock Wireless does not provide an independent warranty on devices.
Device Protection Plan: We offer an optional device protection plan for accidental damage, loss, or theft. See your customer agreement for details.
Data Transfer: We may offer data transfer services as a courtesy. However, we are not liable for any data loss that may occur during this process.
5. Additional Services and Policies
Appointment Scheduling: You can schedule appointments for sales and support via our website.
Online Orders: Online orders can take up to 3 to 4 business days.
Trade-Ins: We accept trade-ins of eligible devices. All trade-in transactions are final once completed.
6. Policy Updates
Newrock Wireless reserves the right to update or change this policy at any time. The most current version of this policy will be available in-store and on our website
