Newrock Wireless Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days of the order being placed. During peak seasons, holidays, or major sales events, processing times may be longer.
Cut-off Time: To be processed on the same business day, orders must be placed and approved by 2:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
Credit Approval: Shipments of new devices and postpaid services are subject to credit approval and inventory availability. Credit or other issues may delay the shipment of your order.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Newrock Wireless offers a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and external factors like weather or carrier delays.

Shipping Carriers: We use major carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS to ensure reliable delivery.
Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor the progress of your delivery.
3. Shipping Restrictions
Shipping Locations: We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Signature Required: A signature may be required for delivery, especially for high-value items like new phones. The carrier may make multiple attempts before returning the package to us.
Battery Safety: All devices containing lithium batteries are shipped in accordance with federal regulations for hazardous materials. Devices are powered off and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
4. Lost or Damaged Packages
Damaged in Transit: If you receive a package that appears to be damaged, you may refuse the delivery. If you accept it, please inspect the contents and report any damage to Newrock Wireless Customer Support within 48 hours.
Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact Newrock Wireless Customer Support. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
5. Additional Information
Holiday Delays: During the holidays, delivery times may be longer due to increased volume. We recommend placing your order in advance to ensure timely delivery.
Data Security: Newrock Wireless is not responsible for any personal data that may be left on devices that are returned or exchanged. It is the customer's responsibility to back up and wipe all data before shipping a device.
