This Privacy Notice for California Residents supplements the information contained in our general Privacy Policy and applies solely to California consumers, which include our customers, website visitors, job applicants, and employees who are California residents. 

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), grants California residents specific rights regarding their personal information. This notice outlines those rights and explains how California residents can exercise them.

Newrock Wireless collects, and has collected within the last 12 months, the following categories of personal information for a business purpose: 

• Identifiers: Name, address, email address, phone number, account login details, social security number, driver’s license number, and other similar identifiers.

• Customer Records Information: Information such as bank account number, credit card number, and other financial details necessary for payment.

• Commercial Information: Records of products or services purchased, obtained, or considered.

• Internet or Other Electronic Network Activity Information: Browsing and search history on our website or app, and information regarding a consumer's interaction with our network, including IP addresses, data usage, and device model.

• Geolocation Data: Precise location data from your mobile device.

• Professional or Employment-Related Information: For job applicants and employees.

You can submit a verifiable consumer request by visiting the Newrock Wireless Privacy Center website, calling the toll-free number at (855) 948-3686, or by using an authorized agent. We will verify your identity before processing requests. 

6. Responding to Your Requests

Requests will be confirmed within 10 business days and responded to within 45 calendar days. Records of requests will be kept for at least 24 months. 

7. "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" 

California residents can opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information by clicking the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link on the website or by enabling the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in their browser, which we recognize.
